Heidie M. Diaz Resto is an educator, educational resource creator and professional in training in the areas of behavioral support and emotional regulation. Her purpose is to create practical, clear and effective tools that make a real difference in student learning and well-being.
She has more than 10 years of experience in business administration, including managing her own IT services company, and more than 20 years tutoring students from elementary school through college.
As a single mother and homeschooler of a child with special needs, she developed and implemented a personalized hybrid learning approach adapted to his success. This practical experience fuels her passion for creating educational resources that work in real life.
She has worked as a Special Education Teacher and currently serves as an RBT in training, supporting students with autism through ABA-based strategies.
She holds a Master's degree in K-12 Computational Education and doctoral training in Educational Leadership and Distance Education.
Her approach is student-centered, practical and adaptable, combining evidence-based strategies with real experience to support diverse learners in their academic, emotional and social development.
