Pause, Think & Act is an educational and emotional support app designed to help adolescents identify, express and manage emotions through visual cards, strategies and progress tracking.

Information we collect The app does not collect, transmit or sell personal information from the user.

Data stored locally Emotions, progress, favorites and selected strategies are stored locally on the device. This information is not sent to external servers or shared with third parties.

Use of information Local information is used only to display user progress and personalize the app experience.

Permissions The app may require internet access for technical Android system functions, but it does not use internet access to collect personal data.

Minors The app may be used by adolescents with support from families, educators, therapists or professionals. The app does not request personally identifiable information from minors.

Third-party services The app does not use ads, external analytics or third-party tracking services.

Security Information remains on the device. We recommend protecting the device with a password, PIN or available security option.

Ethical use and limitations This is an educational and emotional support tool. It does not replace evaluation, diagnosis, therapy or professional treatment.
